Raymond Foote is the Founder and Managing Broker of Divided Sky Realty. He began his career in the finance sector at Morgan Stanley, where he developed a strong foundation in market analysis, financial strategy, and client service.

He later transitioned into an I.T. sales role with Allegis Group, one of the largest and most successful privately held companies in the world in Washington DC. There, he refined his ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

After spending 8 years with a leading Real Estate Brokerage, Raymond ultimately brought his experience in finance and sales together to launch Divided Sky Realty, a family-owned brokerage focused on transparency, value, and a more personalized real estate experience. Under his leadership, the company is committed to delivering clear guidance, honest communication, and a better way to navigate the real estate process.
